orchestrator Users are Unable to Retrieve Workflow and Work Step Statistics Because the Database User has Limited Privileges

Issue:

When orchestrator database users have limited privileges on the remote database, orchestrator users may be unable to access the statistics for work orders and work steps.

Users navigate to this feature in the UI by clicking Engine > Execution Statistics, then clicking the WorkOrders & WorkSteps button, as pictured below.

Solution:

The administrator needs to run Set Global event_scheduler = 'ON'; and make sure that that two procedures (Perform_hourly_work_order_statistics, Perform_hourly_work_steps_statistics) and two events (run_hourly_work_order_stats, run_hourly_work_step_stats) exist in the database.
