The following connection error might occur after upgrading your server or Point to Point client from versions older than 3.5.4 on Windows, or if you had leftover files from previous installs:
In order to resolve the issue, locate sshd_config which may be found in locations such as:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Aspera\Client\etc
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Aspera\Point-to-Point\etc
Open the file in a text editor and add the following line:
