Getting "Package creation failed" error on Aspera On Demand Faspex


When users try to transfer a package to Aspera On Demand Faspex, they get the "Package creation failed" error.




The AMI owner needs to entitle  his/her system with the entitlement ID provided by Aspera.

Entitle the system with entitlement ID by running the following command. 

 # /opt/aspera/bin/alee-admin register AccountName EntitlementID

 For example,

 # /opt/aspera/bin/alee-admin register AsperaTest 54321e1234-1a1b-111a-ab1c-a1234567b111
