The Encryption at Rest (EAR) feature of Faspex allows senders to encrypt their packages with a password and requires recipients to supply the same password in order to decrypt the packages. This video demonstrates how to use the Aspera Crypt application, which is a free desktop tool that comes bundled with your installation of the Aspera Connect browser plugin. Aspera Crypt allows you to decrypt packages sent with EAR and offers a number of features and decryption settings, all of which are explained in the video.
