New version of the database query plugin:

      # => 0.1.6 Adds support for "create" command

      # => 0.2.0 Adds support for node (for MySQL)

      # => 0.2.1 Adds support for "lock" command

SQL commands CREATE, LOCK, UNLOCK, DELETE are now supported.

A Remote Node can now be configured as an alternative to a host name. This provides the ability to specify an alternate address for the database, reached if the primary address is not responding.
