Product Release: Nov 21, 2013
Release Notes Updated: Nov 21, 2013

WHAT’S NEW

Aspera Cargo Downloader 1.3.0 corrects issues with HTTP proxy support.

ISSUES FIXED IN THIS RELEASE

•         #23375 - Cargo does not support environments which use an HTTP proxy.

KNOWN ISSUES

#16659 - Occurs in Windows. Cargo Downloader cannot download packages for accounts where the username includes the following symbols:

\ / : * ? " < > |

This occurs because the application tries to create a download folder with the username, and these characters are not allowed by the Windows file system. As a result, transfers fail with "Error: Destination path directory does not exist..."

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Your Faspex server must have a license enabled for Cargo Downloader.

Windows: XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, 7, 8, 2012

MacOS: OS X 10.5+, Intel only
