“Send package” button in Faspex is disabled on Internet Explorer

Issue

While attempting to send a package on Faspex, the Send Package button is disabled and thus not clickable. This occurs while using Internet Explorer, and is resolved when trying to send a package on a different browser.

Solution

This problem occurs when using Internet Explorer in Compatibility View to emulate an older browser, which attempts to render older websites properly.

To fix this issue you need to remove Compatibility View.

On Internet Explorer 11, click the gear icon on the top right and select Compatibility View settings. Remove your Faspex site from the list.

On Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10, you can turn off Compatibility View by deleting your browser history.

Alternatively, if you see the Compatibility View button in the address bar while on the Faspex site, click the button to turn it off.
