Where are the Mobile Uploader logs located?

Aspera mobile apps allow you to send logs directly to Aspera Support for analysis when you have an issue.

The specific steps for sending logs differ slightly depending on your mobile platform, but generally all you need to do is hit a send button within your application settings.

Android

1. In the app, tap the three dot icon  Then tap Send feedback. A form will open addressed to Aspera Support. Make sure Include system data is selected to send the logs and diagnostic information.

2. Enter a message describing your issue, and preferably, your ticket number that you have opened with support.

3. Tap Send.

iOS

1. In the app, tap the gear settings icon  Then tap Send under LOG. Your default email program will open addressed to Aspera Support with the logs as an attachment.

2. Enter a message describing your issue, and preferably, your ticket number that you have opened with support.

3. Tap Send.
