The tool will give you helpful information regarding your Connect version, OS, browser and whether Connect is compatible on your browser. If Connect does not launch or transfer on one browser, try the tool on multiple browsers.
Click the Test your ports button to conduct a test upload. Choose a small file, and note the results of the transfer.
If you have a Support ticket open for your Connect issue, it is recommended to include the tool results in your ticket.
