This release of IBM Aspera Orchestrator 3.1.1 provides the features, fixes and other changes listed below. These release notes also list system requirements (including supported platforms) and known problems.

NEW FEATURES

Plugins

  • The Aspera Node API plugin, which initiates a transfer, now offers a query parameter for rate policy; available values are fair (default), highlow, and fixed.

FIXED ISSUES

ORC-1952 - The user enters a “+ ” symbol as part of the pre-processing value, but the system changes it to "%2B" in the code after it is published.

KNOWN ISSUES

ORC-1949 - The command asctl orchestrator:generate_config_file fails with the following error:
No such file or directory - /opt/aspera/orchestrator/config/database.yml.sample
(CIM-1359).
